Vegan Philosophy

The philosophy of the Advanced Health Group is to help others to attain a state of happiness and to enjoy superior health. To this end, we lovingly teach others the methods that we have found most effective in becoming healthy and happy. Specifically, we have found that eating in harmony with our bodies by consuming raw and living vegan food, exercising, thinking pure thoughts, loving everything and everyone, and systematically detoxifying the body has been most effective in becoming healthy and whole.

We do not judge, condemn, or injure others. Nor do we attempt to convince them that what they believe, or are currently doing is wrong. We understand that what others do IS right for them, while honoring our own ethical standards and social consciousness. As with all vegans, we practice “harmlessness” without insult or intimidation in our dealings with others.

And although our society exploits and kills animals for food, clothing, furniture, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and entertainment, we feel that the life of an animal should be honored as highly as that of a human.

We advocate that humans function optimally on fruits, nuts, sprouts, vegetables, grains, and other whole foods which spring from the earth. We advocate that the human diet is optimized when it excludes/eliminates flesh including fish, fowl, eggs, animal milk, animal butter and animal cheeses.

Philosophically, we believe that peace cannot be attained as long as we are willing to kill animals. For if one takes the life of an animal for any reason, they are also capable of extending that act to take the life of a human.

We must make peace with animals if we are to ever live harmoniously, and free of heart dis-ease, clogged arteries, blood clots, strokes, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, lupus, high triglycerides, diabetes, and every form of cancer including colon cancer. These dis-eases are some of the devastating consequences of eating flesh food. Ironically, killing and eating animals, is the very method by which animals exact retribution on us for their slaughter, and in turn hasten our own death.

In spite of the multitude of names we have penned for modern-day illness, we feel there is only one dis-ease. That being excess mucous accumulation in the body brought on by eating acid forming (pH altering) foods of which meat and dairy lead the pack. Eating acid forming foods, and thinking acid forming thoughts (anger, resentment, guilt, anxiety etc.) causes the pH of the body to slide down the acid scale, and therefore in the direction of some of the aforementioned diseases. Creating an internal polluted environment creates disease in the same way that a dirty garbage can harbors flies.

A food substance is determined to be acid-forming or alkaline by its pH (potential Hydrogen), which measures the number of hydroxyl (OH-) ions which are negative and alkaline-forming in contrast with the amount of hydrogen (H+) ions that are positive and therefore acid-forming. Essentially, pH can be seen as the measurement of electrical resistance between negative and positive ions in the body. Stated another way, pH measures how much the negative ions ((alkaline-forming) and positive ions (acid-forming) push against one another for an electro-chemical reaction.

Our bodies are a sophisticated system of organized, vibrating, electrical reactions. As vibrating beings, the stronger the inner vibration, the better health we can enjoy. Our bodies electrical frequency fluctuates, or ebbs and flows in proportion to the amount of alkaline and acid-forming chemicals present at any given time.

This mucous or acid waste clogs the entire pipe system of the body, such mucus being derived from undigested, un-eliminated, unnatural food substances and drinks consumed over time. We reiterate, such mucous (acid) is introduced to the body primarily through meat, poultry, fish, eggs, animal milk and cheese, cigarettes, alcohol, beer, and negative thinking. Eating foods that are dead, deficient, processed or toxic cause mucous, excess acid, toxins, and congestion—especially of the digestive tract.

Acid wastes or mucous accumulations settle in various body parts, or in areas with biological predispositions for weakness. Medically, when the over-acid accumulates in a particular organ or segment of the body because of certain biological predispositions we designate it a particular name so that we can feel that we “know” what is wrong with us.

For example, when a greater mucous accumulation, or over-acid condition localizes or settles in the heart, we say that person has heart disease. When the mucous tends to settle in the intestines, we say that person has colon cancer. When it settles in the muscles, we term that illness as fibromyalgia. If the mucous settles in the joints, one may develop arthritis. When the greater mucous accumulation is in the blood and arteries, we medically term it high cholesterol, hypertension, blood clots, leukemia, etc.

We now know that this mucous accumulation begins early in life (unless the infant is breast-fed) and is perpetuated through eating fast foods, high fat foods, animal products, processed foods and negative thoughts and feelings.

We also know that sickness, tiredness, or dis-ease is not your heritage, nor is it hereditary, nor is it your lot in life to suffer a compromised life.

We therefore do our part in creating a paradigm shift toward raw and living foods. Eating in this way improves health, enhances our ability to commune with the divine, and elevates our bodies and our consciousness to a higher vibrational frequency.
